2. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS with your tracking number and carrier details
- An email with a tracking link
- Real-time updates via the BuyKartel app and website under "My Orders"
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued a full refund. For rescheduling, contact us within 24 hours of a missed delivery.
5. Large & Bulky Items
Furniture, appliances, and other large items may require special handling. Delivery for these items takes 5–7 business days and includes a scheduled delivery appointment. Our team will call you to confirm delivery time.
6. International Shipping
Currently, BuyKartel ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to expand internationally in 2026.
